The experience:
You will be walking abandoned logging roads and flushing ruffed and spruce grouse from cover on the road edge affording moderately open-wing shooting. It is not uncommon to see 50+ grouse in a day and few other hunters.
This is a superb location for training your dogs. Excellent woodcock shooting exists during the migration period. Best ruffed grouse cover is accessible by 4WD 10 minutes from the camp. Access to hunting areas provided by mint condition '84 suburban four wheel drive.
We also offer excellent northern pike and walleye fishing. Boat, motor and guide available.
